Progressive and civilized society continues to support Ukrainian scientists. Scientific software company BioSolveIT (Sankt Augustin, Germany) is heavily motivated to support the research in the Ukraine!
In May 2023, BioSolveIT provided Associate Professor of Medical Chemistry Department Vadim Zubkov with an annual license for SeeSAR and infiniSee software products.
BioSolveIT visualizes drug discovery. The SeeSAR and infiniSee platforms help scientists in structure-based and ligand-based drug discovery, inspiring new, bright ideas. Clear visualization helps to understand the results of computations at a glance.
In addition, the project “Chemical words for communication with bacteria”, submitted by Dr.Vadim Zubkov as part of the BioSolveIT Summer 2023 Scientific Challenge, was selected in the first phase among five other projects.
Thank you for support!

Associate Professor of the Department of Medicinal Chemistry, Tetiana Titko, received funding for a period of 6 months under the DAAD program “University Partnerships with Eastern Europe” as a visiting researcher at the University of Hamburg. The funding is provided by the DAAD (German Academic Exchange Service) with the financial support of the Federal Foreign Office of the Federal Republic of Germany.
The University of Hamburg will continue to host Dr. Tetiana Titko for the duration of the funding period, from 01.04.2023 to 30.09.2023.
Thank you for support!
2021-2022
In a very difficult time for our country, when the aggressor encroaches on our sovereignty and Ukrainian identity in general, the international scientific community strongly supports Ukrainian scientists and teachers.
Associate Professor of the Department of Medicinal Chemistry, Tetiana Titko, received a one-year grant under the “Hamburg programme for scholars at risk – Science bridge for Ukraine“. This gave her the opportunity to conduct research as a visiting scholar as part of the research team of Prof. Dr. Wolfgang Maison to find new molecules for the early diagnosis and treatment of prostate cancer.
The work is carried out at the Institute of Pharmacy, Department of Chemistry, Faculty of Mathematics, Informatics and Natural Sciences (MIN), University of Hamburg.
The Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg, Hamburg’s universities and several foundations have established or expanded special support services since the beginning of the Russian war against Ukraine.
Thank you!
